"both my husband and I got our vehicles fixed here in the past month and they returned my car dirty on the inside with dusty foot prints on my carpet and on my doors, they removed my baby camera from my seat and didn’t return it, and took my baby shade off my window and didn’t put it back. my husbands truck is a whole different story, whoever returned it put GAS in the tank instead of diesel costing us almost $1,000 to get it fixed and no one will respond to my husband after he let them know. we just want our money refunded for the repairs and they are denying they had anything to do with it when he KNOWS better than to put gas in his truck. i’ve turned them into the BBB. if you want your hail damage fixed, go somewhere else. if I could give them 0 stars I would."
"I would give them a half a star if there was an option. Where should I start…I put my car in the shop in Allen Tx and found my car all the way in Fort Worth. My car was in the shop for 2 months and it is not complete. Body work is not all that and the paint job has bubbles. The didn’t replace my side mirrors they are still broken from the hail damage, nor did the replace my taillights still busted, didn’t replace window trim still beat up from hail damage. How do you paint a car and put broken parts back on a car when insurance has paid for the car to be repaired? I finally received my car yesterday evening in Fort Worth with my car screaming for gas. My car went in the shop with 3/4 a tank and come out past empty. They say they pay for a rental when they don’t they just give you an employees car that is a bucket, gas guzzler, and the functions in the car doesn’t work. They have poor customer service and tell you lie’s. I was told they had my car parts but get my car back and it’s 1/4 done and they got paid fully. Stay far the hell away. They will take your car and don’t tell you they have moved it to another location for service, Don’t return calls, don’t finish service, tell you 5 weeks and keep your car for 2 months, don’t give you no updates on your car nor will send you pictures. This hole experience was a nightmare. I have a car 1/4 done which I should have just left the damage to the car because they service didn’t do me any justice. They will just rob you for your insurance stay far away."
"Please Avoid this place! They worked on my 2022 challenger hellcat and did a terrible job. The inside has a lot of loose trim and some is scratched and damaged. My headliner is literally falling apart. When I complained to the owner Allan he said he’s not making that much money from my car. The inside was also very dirty and when I washed the car water was leaking into the car through the driver side door. I have reported everything to my insurance agent since they don’t want to fix it. Allan also promised to cover my deductible but then refused to stating their not getting enough money from my insurance. This is a six figure car and they did not care one bit."
"This was by far the worse experience I’ve had with any repair shop. To call it a lack of communication is an understatement, I had to reach out every step of the way to get any type of update on my car and the owner was my personal point of contact and he failed to keep me updated as the what was going on, when my car would be ready, the appraisal (which the shop refused me). When I did get my car back the owner brought it to the rental shop after informing me it was ready, it wasn’t until I self inspected the car and asked why my cowling wasn’t fixed did he suddenly remember to tell me that the part was ordered but hadn’t come in and he would be reaching out as soon as it did to get it fixed. That was going on 3 weeks ago and since then I’ve reached out to him twice not only to check on the part but also to check on another car of mine he was suppose to be working on 3 weeks ago with no response ( & this was over a $7,000 repair job my insurance has paid them for). Very unprofessional service and communication which goes against what the experience should be as described by the owner."
