"The first thing he asked me when I stepped foot in his store was 'Do you want me to save your rear defroster or not' and I said save it because it was only $20 less to ruin it to make the job easier for them. And one month later when I was able to test the defroster due to the weather I realized it didn't even work anymore. You would think that some company that does this for a living could actually get it done right because it's their specialty. These people screwed me over. I was trying to remove my old rear tint and re tint it for $80. I don't recommend a place like this if you really care for your car. I'll be reselling my car maybe in another year or two so it's not a permanent situation for me but it is still very inconvenient on those colder mornings. They also did a bad job cleaning up afterwards and didn't even vacuum up the old tint and just told me to go to a car wash and get it vacuumed. They were really rushing the work because it was close to the end of the day for them."
