"Terrible experience. Treated with blatant disrespect by two clerks at cash register while returning shoes ordered online that did not fit properly. We were the only customers in-store at 1:15pm, Saturday, February 17, 2024. Male and female at counter could not be bothered and would not help us. Rude. Unprofessional. Refused to assist us. We felt like we were targeted by these two despicable Skechers representatives because of our age. Needless to say, neither of the retail store employees represented the Skechers' brand nor themselves well. We left. Went home. Got online and generated a free return UPS mailing label, then dropped off at UPS. Not sure why Skechers even has retail locations if the folks working there are going to be rude, unprofessional and send customers away. Love Skechers for years. Not a fan of the two clerks who were unhelpful and rude. Sketchers is so much better than the retail employees representing them at Westheimer and Voss store. Recommend go elsewhere or do business with Skechers online."
