"I hired Gary at A&W to run diagnostics and look over a used bucket truck I was interested in buying. I did this after reading his good reviews here and speaking with him over the phone. I was driving in from Little Rock and planned to drive it home if everything checked out well. When I arrived he and the salesman had already “looked” the truck over and said everything checked out great , ran and shifted out well, and the a/c blew real cold. The truck was covered with rust that had been painted over, the boom was creaking, the pto wouldn’t engage without crawling under the truck, all 4 rear tires were dry rotted, and the truck didn’t even have an A/C to get cold. When we called him out on that he jumped in his truck and sped away. I feel like he didn’t do anything other than take my money and try to talk me into buying a rust bucket that would cost me a fortune in repairs. I’m wondering if the salesman was going to pay him a commission if I had purchased it."

He did what was needed to get my truck to his shop to repair it and was very professional and the work was great!!!! The price was extremely reasonable and the work was A #1 quality.
