"1st time at this location off of Basswood. Was greeted when I walked in the door. Door was open even unlocked before business hours. Went for an inspection. 2nd inline. Was helped by 2 nice employees. Wait was short and I was on my way in no time. Waiting area was clean as well."

"I previously came here and that staff was unreliable and completely reinstalled my car's equipment backwards. Had to return to get it corrected. I was reluctant to come by again, but I am really glad I did. This new staff was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, great customer service, and as long as the staff remains like this, I will be coming back. They all deserve something special for making a loyal customer."

"The location at 3172 Basswood Dr. in Fort Worth was excellent; all of the employees there were quick and efficient, very courteous and professional. When my air filter wasn't delivered, one of the technicians apologized for the delay and went to pick it up himself at O'Reilly's. "There has been a major screw up every time I go there. One time they didn’t tighten the drain plug and I woke up to a garage full of oil. Another I got a 4 wheel rotation and they did 2. I know because I had the same bent valve stem in the same place and two sensors were out of place. They are opening a new competitor half a block down and I went there first but they don’t open for two more weeks. I will tell you after those two weeks you will never see me again"

"I got to jiffy lube around 12:05pm for an oil change and asked the guy who checked me in how long I would have to wait, he told me there was one car ahead of me so about 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the back, there was a black suv with a lady and guy in front of my car and that was it, and they left 30 minutes before I did. I didn’t leave jiffy lube until 1:12pm today. While I was waiting all the employees were busy waiting for a race car driver to sign autographs. The employee that rang me out was nice and said he’d find out why it took so long but that was it. I’m disappointed an oil change took an hour and made me late to work."
