I called ahead and was told they had the filter, then I wait in line and when brought into the bay, this kid working their named CJ without even a hello just says MILEAGE? I wait a bit only to have them tell me they DON'T have the filter. I call back to ask for Cliff to get an explanation on why he assured me on the phone that this location could help me and some other people answer and tell me they don't know any Cliff. Thanks for wasting my day off"
