I had made an online purchase and waited in line for 10 mins after I was able to pickup item. sincerely believe that there should be a quicker process for pickup items and kiosk style check out option. there are lots of great deals and quality items, but the online shopping and checkout at store has lots to improve."

There are 4 auto parts stores within 3 miles of me but I go to this specific store because they are exceptional with customer service. I’m not exaggerating one bit, they do everything in their power to sell you what you need or find it for you. This has happened every time I go to this location. There is a team member named Michael who is the best. That’s something, to be the best in a store that has a bunch of bests! Autozone should do something special for this team."
