"I brought my truck in to replace a $40 oil pressure sensor and ended up spending $1500. This repair should have been $500 at MOST. The swap required a pulley and the alternator to come out to reach the sensor. I didn't have the time or proper resources to get it done in a timely manner myself, so I brought it the professionals to get it done right. They had it for a week. When they got around to it, they called and told me I had an electrical short in my alternator circuit. My truck does have 200,000 miles on it, but I NEVER had a battery warning light come on prior to this repair. I can't prove it, and don't have the time to litigate over the extra $600 in labor they charged me to fix this mistake, but I'm pretty sure the mechanic, as he put it, "wrestled" the alternator out without taking the time to remove the pulley and damaged my wiring harness. When he put up back together and fired it up, the short caused further damage melting wires. In addition to the extra labor, they hit me up for an overpriced oil change and oil pressure test on the engine (accomplished nothing) to try and cover the labor. They acted like they were doing me a favor because the mechanic had to waste 10 hours fixing a problem I didn't have before he pulled my alternator out. Unbelievable. I knew this shop charged above average prices, and I paid it expecting above average service, and I regret it. I could have spent that $1500 on a nice jack and stands and done it right. I won't be going back, you should find a different shop."

"Exceptional service, Reputable, quality service. Had my Jeep radiator previously replaced by Mike’s, with a high performance, and after recent issues with …what was thought to be the computer, they informed me it was the TIPM. Totally Integrated Power Module. They could have spent hours trying to assess the problem, but went straight to the issue , saving me a lot of money. Their estimate was reasonable, and the workmanship was Quality. They kept me informed from start to finish. No more Dealer service for My Jeep Wrangler…..I will go to Mike’s for all my concerns, big or small…M. Rogers"
