Despite being guided into the car wash by their employee, they conveniently blamed me as the driver for the damage caused to my brand new custom rims, which had only been in my possession for two months. It was their employee's negligence that led me to collide with a metal object and damage the wheels. 2. Instead of offering proper compensation for the replacement of the damaged wheel, considering I am already a monthly subscriber, they attempted to appease me with a gift card that was worth less than the value of the wheels."
