"Booked an appointment for new patient and got a call stating that I booked for toothache and that they didn’t have new patient appointments available. I know what I scheduled otherwise they wouldn’t have had new patient paper work sent over. They refused to see me today not a good look!"

"I had to visit this location because I could not be seen quickly at Rayzor Ranch location. I had previously had oral surgery a week prior and was afraid I was getting an infection and was in a lot of pain. The receptionist acted like I was inconveniencing him because he had to reach out to the rayzor ranch location. Granted it was a 4pm appointment schedule at 7:45 am. I had filled out all paperwork online and he said he didn't have it. He made feel like I was just making his job more difficult and he didn't want me there. I told him as much. The assistant and dentist were kind and compassionate with great bedside manner. If not for a them, this would be a one star. Go to Rayzor Ranch location, front to back they are wonderful!"

"My visit was for normal cleaning which I can’t done because from doctor’s concern my tooth are not in the situation to do normal cleaning, it’s need deep clean.Little confusing for me as to saw my allover oral and tooth report they said it’s not that in bad condition but still they don’t wanted to do normal cleaning. I asked them to show the picture to their board that I am in which position, got to know between 2-3 from 1to6 , then why my tooth needs deep clean that’s really my concern.. Last I got to for my deep clean I need to pay more than $1500 out of pocket..Which is quite impossible for me and they didn’t do any normal cleaning… And the reception area was not good at all, as long as I was there getting very bad smell.. But the nurse who had taken all of my tooth exam , she was really wonderful , kind and expert on her work.."

"I posted a positive review for this practice because I WAS happy that the bridge I had put in approximately 4 years ago was replaced (No one wants to go around with a missing bridge...the teeth underneath are very ugly). Unfortunately, I should NEVER have posted a positive review of Ideal Dental Teasley Lane, Denton, TX. This practice made me pay for a NEW bridge ($2500+) and told me there was no warranty on the first bridge because I hadn't come to THEIR OFFICE to have cleanings done BY THEM after the original bridge was put in (I was NEVER told I had to have cleanings done BY THEM in order to have a warranty on the original bridge). I have another bridge in my mouth that I've had for over 30 years, yet this bridge lasted only 4 years??? I have tried and tried to delete the review I placed on their website and have reached out to their office numerous times. I have done everything Google said I needed to do, and yet this office has continued to tell me THEY cannot delete the review I previously submitted. I find it interesting that the only reviews you will see on their website are positive reviews. Wonder why??? Because this office only cares about MONEY! :( The last time I was there I was told I needed to have a "deep cleaning", yet one of their dental assistants said my teeth looked pretty good "for someone my age". STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE. AGAIN, ALL THEY ARE AFTER IS THE MONEY. They could CARE LESS about your mouth and the work you ACTUALLY need to have done.
