"Not thorough, does not respect patients' time, questionably hygienic environment. I had an appointment today to get a cavity filling repaired that Dr. Lan did incorrectly. It should have been a quick and simple fix. I waited for nearly an HOUR. Nobody ever came in to let me know there was any delay, and I couldn't wait any longer. I was only there because he messed up the filling, but I then could not even get it fixed! As I was sitting there forever waiting for him to come fix this filling, which obviously never happened, I noticed a small amount of what appeared to be blood splatter on the bottom of the long arm that holds the movable dental light. And this all happened at their new location on Wind River, in case that matters. This office also paid me no attention when I updated my medical history to include a genetic disorder that is characterized by bone problems. Another dentist who performed my exam following a routine cleaning commented that my bottom teeth were crooked and attempted to push an orthodontic consult on me. I've already had braces and it caused the roots of my teeth to mostly dissolve! It's obvious they do not look at medical history before they perform exams."

"This dental office is the only place I will ever go. My son has been kicked out of 3 different dental offices due to his sensitivity and fear of dentists. Everyone seems to give up on him. The entire staff here has been nothing but patient, kind and understanding. We were able to get my son’s fillings done after a year of many attempts at other places! The staff here never gave up and never got angry. Our appointment took longer than expected due to my son freaking out but they kept going giving him breaks to calm down. Dr. Lan made sure he never felt pain and never pushed him or made him feel bad. I was on the verge of losing my cool because I knew he was fine but the dental assistant and Dr. Lan never broke a sweat. I’m just so grateful for this place and how great everyone is here."

"High recommend here and all the doctors and staff are so nice and professional. Our family has been here for years no issues at all. Even our kids who afraid of doctors are always looking forward to their dental appointments."

"I would give zero stars if I could. The staff is mostly professional but the woman dentist has awful, terrible bedside manner. Do not go unless A, you are seeing another dental provider or B, you want to get demeaned and belittled about your dental health before the appointment is 2 minutes in. She berated me, then expected me to make another appointment for service… I would never recommend this place to a family member or friend. Again, bedside manner was AWFUL and she reduced me to tears. Edit: I saw her about months ago, and can definitely verify that it was the location on Teasley by the La Fondita restaurant and the Subway. What an approach to customer service… Amazing. I have no concerns I need to speak with you about because I will never be back. Currently trying to find my mother a different provider so she can move away from you as well."
