"I have taken many cars to this body shop always with great results. I took my car in for body damage and they did a very good job as usual. However, there was what I believe to be a faulty part on my vehicle. I took it back and was told it was no problem he would fix it, he just needed to order the part and would contact me when it came in. This was in early February. It’s now May and still my vehicle isn’t fixed. I’ve left messages but, they go ignored. This saddens me because I’ve always held Ray in high regard. Edit.
