"Took my 1951 Mercury to Maaco and met Bruce who walked me thru all the options that were available to me. Since this is a custom car I had some unusual requests and Bruce made those happen. From the beginning he made sure I understood this would not be a show car finish but a good finish and in fact the crew did a great job of prepping it and painting it and I believe after it’s wet sanded and buffed (MAACO does not do this) it will be close to a show car finish. It’s difficult to find anyone willing to work on these old cars yet Bruce and the crew jumped right on it and had it out the door in less than 3 weeks. I especially appreciate Bruce for his followup and making sure I knew what the progress was. Many thanks!"
