"Time on Sunday says they close at 6pm. I show up at 5:24 and there’s a handwritten sign that says close at 5:20. I was for sure buying something so I asked if I could just grab it. As I’m asking this another customer is walking out so I kno she literally just paid. She kept saying no I’m closed. Like what’s the point in Google hours if u gone hand write a sign. I’m new here and drove 20 min to this store"

"I went to buy some shoes from here on the box it said $16.97 the cashier charged me $19.97 it didn't done on me until I got to the car. I went back in and ask the lady why did she charged me more than what the price was on the box she couldn't explain to me why. Now, remind you it's no refund nor exchange. So, I told her I need the remaining balance. SHe tried to get me but that didn't work with me. I will never go back here ever again. Make sure you check your receipt before walking out the door."

Fast forward 10 years later: I’m now grown, living in Houston & still getting all of my boots, heels, & sandals from them! The price & quality are outstanding with often another deal to be had on top of the already outstanding amount. The selection is plentiful & just trendy! There’s something for everyone & every season or occasion here. Customer service is amazing too! Always some very sweet ladies working that make you feel like a long lost friend. 5/5 always! "Love this place. Shoes are all under $50. I purchased 3 pairs for $56 during tax free weekend. Total would have been less if paid with card. They also have cute purses & other accessories. It’s worth the drive every time. I’m definitely going back"

"Came and literally rushed from work to get in here. I walked in at 7:22 pm from driving 35 minutes and they said they were closed at 7:20 and then when I asked she said it’s 7:30 like it says online. Then their sign says 7:50. If you’re going to advertise to close at a certain time you should honor that. Only stressful because I have a trip and they close at such an odd time that I can’t make it for the rest of the week."
