"I stopped by this morning to get 2 hats cleaned and shaped. As soon as I walk in, an employee behind the register (Arturo), noticed the hats in my hand and asked if I needed them shaped. He wasted no time in greeting me and taking care of my needs. As he was cleaning them, I walked around and purchased a pair of boots that I had no intention in buying when I walked in. Great customer service at this store today."

"I arrived to the store and wanted to do an exchange and when I first walked into the counter the cashier whose name was "Alexis" stood there on her phone for five minutes until she finally decided to helped me out. I then proceeded to ask a question to see if we could order a shirt and she answered in a rude way and giving attitude. Alexis was not helpful instead Daniel and another gentlemen were."

"As of recent, I've been visiting this store numerous times. Mainly because of size issues and that's my fault and my fault only. The staff has been so patient and caring to get the job done. On top of that they have a wide spectrum of products in their selection and it's almost entertaining just to walk through each isle. Lastly, those who are familiar with boot pricing may come to find that there clearance items and limited promotions tend to offer some cost effective pricing.
