"My first appt (10/21/20) was a disaster. There were so many people trying to get service. Someone got out of their car and held up our line which put me behind for my appt. When I finally did get service I was too frustrated to wait so I let the attendant know I would come another day. Today was a different story. Everyone was professional and courteous something I'm use too. One other thing the chairs were filthy food was left in the sides corners and that wasn't just one chair. I used some disinfectant to clean my chair before sitting in it. The room where the big TV is."

"Worst place ever bought my car here to have it fixed and used there Enterprise,didn't receive any paper work or sign any paperwork and that went in my account twice without Authorization. When you sign you you Authorize I didn't. I took them a Month to fix the car and now you hear air coming in from somewhere. Upton the Rental car we had was not the one we where supposed to get and they almost called the police and reported it stolen. Business now days are not Ran how they need to be."
