"I had my girlfriend take my truck up there for inspection and oil change. They took off my billet oil drain plug and replaced it with a plastic one. The bullet it not cheap and is a permanent solution for these types of engines. Then on top of that they removed a skid guard to change the oil and zip tied it back on. Because they stripped the nut the bolt was suppose to go in. Very poor mechanical skills and knowledge. Called about it and they won’t replaced their mistakes. Offered a 50% discount on next visit. To bad I’ll never go back there. Wth that’s just bad customer service period and which is not acceptable."
