"I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I was rear ended and the other parties insurance had me come here, I was skeptical at first since I don’t have a ford but I was proven wrong. They did an amazing Job! Onza was great with giving me updates twice a week and answered any questions! She wasn’t available when my car was ready but she had a wonderful team including Ozzie who made my pickup very smoothly. Had no trouble and my car looked brand new! "We had to replace our bumper cover on our F-150. Purchased part from the parts department. It wouldn't clip in right, so we took it to the service department. The tech could not get it to fit in, either. My husband called the Collision Center and spoke to Onza. From the first call, to us taking it in, to the tech (can't remember his name) playing around with it to get it on, was all around above and beyond. Onza kept us updated every few minutes while we waited. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others."

"Communication & customer service is not a priority at this shop. They will continually lie to you about the status of your vehicle & even though it’s a small office no one seems to know anything except for the estimator working on your vehicle. But don’t expect to talk to them, the best you’ll ever get is ambiguous answers from the apathetic front desk girl. They broke the safety latch on my hood, blamed the manufacturer (Ford), I had to fight to get them to cover the rental & they lied about putting a rush on my hood & making the repairs on my vehicle a priority (even though they were the ones who caused the damages). This experience has convinced me to NEVER use David McDavid ever again (even buying) due to their complete lack of professionalism & communication."
