"I feel Christian Brothers is an honest company. They were very nice, too. They waived their diagnostic fee because after checking the car out, they recommended we take the car to a dealership because it had several lights coming on the dash. They told me the dealership could find the issues much faster than they could since the car had so many different error lights on, seven in total. They could have kept the car and charged me for a longer diagnostic time. I felt they had my best interest at heart."

"Wonderful staff! Bob was incredibly patient and helpful. We took our car in unaware of what was happening and they were quick to get us a diagnosis and quote. Parking was difficult so I'd advise making an appointment ahead of time if possible."

"This place is a joke, we brought in our vehicle to get it checked out and work done if needed, Kevin was the person who helped us if you would even call that help but one thing KEVIN was was rude! He didn’t want to be bothered at all and even took a phone call while he was helping us with out even excusing himself while we were still stressing our concerns to him, he literally blew off any of our concerns and we also let him know what was wrong with the car that we knew of only to come back and tell us at pickup what we had already told him was wrong with the car. We stressed the situation to his manager Doug and he took up for his employee so obviously customers do not come first here. Please do not come to this location, all they will do is take your money and be of no help!!!!! I’m sure if they have any good reviews it’s probably from family and friends! Christian brothers do not even bother responding to this review when your employees could not even be bothered to help us when we needed your services!"
