George and staff make a good back door team to diagnose and repair any Toyota product. Vicki just makes the communication with the clients as smooth with price quotes and explanation of repairs. Our family has bought over a half dozen Toyotas from a local dealer over the years, only to get them serviced at Pratt regularly. As mentioned in other posts, they will give you a true evaluation of the car, letting you know what NEEDS to be done versus what can wait. Their pricing is usually 20% less than the dealerships. They may be backed up for routine repairs, but in a pinch can sometimes work in an emergency. The nice thing is they dont take your car in promising it on a given day and hold it hostage for another two days. If they tell you it will be ready by 5PM, usually it will be ready no later than 6PM! If you have a Toyota or Lexus and need repairs, call Pratt Automotive!"

"While driving to after school pickup, the skip plate came loose under my car and started dragging on the cement, so I called my son who is a mechanic in another town, he told me to stop in at Pratt’s since it was only a few minutes away and see if they can take it off or Re attach it. Without an appointment, I stopped in and these guys were super helpful, very friendly, and I got really good vibes from this business. They had me back on the road in minutes! There were other happy customers in the lobby dropping off and picking up their autos as well, so I highly recommend this top notch business!!!
