"SO DISSAPPOINTED!!!!! I've been loyal to this place for 2 years, once in a while I had to point out where they missed a little bit. But today, I had to ASK to have my truck towel dried and 3 guys watched one guy do a terrible job. I asked what I thought was a manager if they still dried trucks. Front of truck completely wet, running boards not touched, mirrors dripping...... When I pointed that all out, one guy waved his hands at me and said, "it is only a quick dry." I always shop local to Benbrook first, but this place is off my list. I was in a rush and I wanted the unlimited deal, thank goodness I was in a hurry and didn't do it. The $3 place next door has a tight turn in so I didn't go there, but now I will. I have 4 cars and always recommended you to everyone, mostly for the towel dry option you provide. YOU NEED A BETTER MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES!!!"
"The car wash is good, they towel dry your car. However do NOT SECURE your rear windshield wiper. $45 charge to have mine replaced because it broke mine. Called as was told not their responsibility."
