"This was unfortunately a rather awful experience. Our dryer stopped heating, we gave Chris a call and he came by the next day to make sure all looked good after we had replaced the heating element ourselves. He tweaked one of the fuses and in the process somehow managed to arc it, causing our refrigerator water line to pop and ruining the power cord to the dryer. What should have been like a $50 service call was $400. Chris made some excuse about not having the part and being non-confrontational, I said nothing but I personally was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and integrity. Not to mention, the dryer still doesn’t heat."

"Be aware that you may be connected directly to American Home Shield. I still gave a 5 star because apparently this man does good work and I don't want to take away from that but that's not what I wanted. Trying to stay local and deal with a specific person or business not a corporation. Have had issues w/ AHS in the past."

"I am having a lot of difficulty trying to get Benbrook Appliance Repair to respond to my calls. Someone else answers and says I have reached the wrong number. That can't happen at least five times. Now I am concerned about the very nice man who has been to our home several times and was supposed to replace rods in my washing machine. Please respond. I don't really want to talk with Home Shield because we cancelled them for lack of care. I had to buy a new washer and dryer yesterday."

"Came initially on a Monday, said the part had to be ordered and would take 3-7 days to arrive. Late afternoon Friday he did advise the part had not arrived. I tried to check in again with him late the next Monday, got no response. I had to call again Tuesday, still no part but he said its supposed to arrive that day and said he would reach out that night. I still haven't heard from him to this day. I ordered the part yesterday. It arrived today, and after a YouTube video lesson, I fixed my own washer. I understand he has no control over shipping, but the lack of communication..... not good. This business came highly recommended to me, so I tried to be patient. I am sure I am a one off considering the rest of the positive reviews."

"Chris was very quick and professional. I called at 9:30am and he was at my house by 11:30am with the part in hand. The drain pump on my washing machine stopped working and now it drains the way it's supposed to. I highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs. Chris earned this 5 star rating and a repeat customer. Excellent work!"
