"Here's my story. I'm a seasoned mechanic on diesels and worked my way up from the bottom at a young age. Brought my 4x4 tahoe to these guys for a 4l60e tyranny swap and they got it done rather quickly and neatly. These guys were even kind enough to let me keep my vehicle sitting in their lot for a few weeks free of charge. Mr Kelly and coworkers seem welcoming and genuine. However after the swap was done, the VSS (speed sensor) was left unplugged on the harness and it kept the trans from shifting up into gears passed 2nd. I had to trailer it back home with cost me an extra $150 and a day of work. These gents even helped me load my parts. Mr Kelly was up front and seemed honest about it but also said he would look back over it through multiple phone calls. He also suggested throwing another known, good transmission at it, for a reduced labor price. I feel like they never looked it over much less followed the harness by hand, to each connector to double check. Take it for what you will. In the end, I feel like I got a decent deal on the labor and if they wanted to scam me, they could have gotten much more creative than a disconnected sensor. I understand things happen but the ball was dropped and I had to recover it. If this hadn't been the case, I'm pretty sure I would have given them 5 stars. "Why is it this difficult to find an honest mechanic? After leaving my vehicle at this location to have some gaskets installed yesterday. And being told it will only take 1 hour, 24 hours later and now that part is leaking itself. Parts with no weeping holes now all of the sudden do have a weeping hole! This is why I hate dealing with car mechanics. Other new parts have been installed, so to say the least its been a headache."

"Hobbled my mom's truck in while it was overheating (water pump). They got us in, repaired & out the door within about an hour and a half. VERY reasonable rate & great people. I'm glad we found them since we were an hour from home. Will be bringing our vehicles there for any other repairs."
