"If you need parts, they have them just be prepared to pay way over priced. I’ve never walked away from the counter but when they wanted to charge me $4 for a 1/2 inch clamp."

"Ordered (1) 5 Quart Penzoil and (1) 1 Quart Penzoil online, to be shipped to the store, on Friday 9/23/22. Estimate pickup was Saturday 9/24/22, I arrived Monday 9/26/22 to pickup the order. The store did not have stock of Penzoil UP when I called on Friday, hence why I ordered it online. After arriving on 9/26/22 I had to re-purchase the oil I had already purchased online and was told a refund would be issued. Not only is that odd, they only sold me the 5qt and did not have the 1qt I was told had arrived. Can’t do the oil change a quart low. Prices were good, people were terrible."

"Bought a legend series battery in August 2020 for my sea doo. When I looked online the site said 18 month warranty on legend series. Pulled my battery off the tender and put it back in the ski March 2021. Voltage drops from 12.4v to under 11.8 within 24 hours. Took it in and they told me this particular battery only has a 6 month warranty. I said "I would never have bought a battery with only a 6 month warranty". The gentleman said "yeah, I wouldn't either". Called corporate office and they never bothered calling me back. I'll shop at more transparent parts stores. Also, I have a $120 battery for sale (7 months old) Jonathan Newhouse"
