"I have been purchasing my tires and oil changes from this local Granbury Walmart for 20 years. I previously had an issue with a recently done oil change dripping and they rectified it immediately, but this time they are giving me the runaround and have treated me quite rudely and I am resulting to posting this review as a result. I gave them two chances to fix the situation, which was the exact same of the situation before, a loose oil filter causing the leak, but this time they just wanted to be jerks about it. I took it to another oil change facility and they cranked my oil filter on a little harder and low and behold it fixed the situation! No more leaks!! Needless to say I will never go back to this Walmart again after the way I was treated and the ineptitude of oil changing staff"

"They over tightened my lug nuts when I went in for a rotation and balance. I can't get them off and will have to go to a dealer to have them replaced and hopefully avoid snapping the lug studs. Please train your employees better."

"WAITED 4 HOURS WITH ONLY ONE OTHER CAR THERE !!!! I went there for tires and was told it would be one hour. It was not busy at all. There was one other car there for tires and it was almost completed. I sat there and watched the guy play around for two whole hours before he even touched my car and when he did it took him two hours to take the wheels off and put new ones on it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen . I don’t complain a lot but that was far beyond wild and ridiculous. When I spoke to the manager afterwards He Didn’t even apologize for me waiting for 4 hours at Walmart and only offered a $10 discount. I will never do business with that horrible automotive service ever again and I sincerely apologize to anyone That doesn’t read this before going up there"

"Absolutely awful. Waited 3 hours to be told they don't have a tire that fits my car. I even called before I went there to confirm they had it, also when they checked me in said they didn't have one brand but had the other. The crew that was working acted like they didn't want another customer/job. I will never go back. Someone needs to get a hold of this department and change some things it has gone down hill bad since the last time I went."
