"Went it with the intentions of having my tire patched for a possible hole, find out that not only is that not the case, but my tire has a long crack running along the inside seam, and that my tires won’t pass inspection. Not exactly the news I was hoping for, or the amount I was expecting to spend. They searched for a while for tires to fit my car at a price I could actually afford, and even asked if I wanted to wait a few days to receive a better price from a rebate on those tires. Though I declined because I really didn’t want to drive around on a cracked tire for two days, it was considerate of them to ask. They were very accommodating and friendly, going out of their way to help and to try to save me money. I hope nobody else finds themselves in my shoes, but if you do I recommend this place. They actually care, and want to help."

"A couple of weeks ago my SUV started shaking when I was driving down the road when I hit around 50 Mph. I knew it was time for a rotate and balance so I had some time one afternoon and just popped into Goodyear. I had no appointment but they happily squeezed me in. About an hour later I was on my way. Everyone in there was so nice, very accommodating and explained the issue that they found with my car thoroughly. I’m always happy with the service the price and the Staff at Goodyear."

I even told them I had recently purchased tires. No other suggestions or apology. I was able to get it done elsewhere despite the light rain."
