"I bought a car in Texas and discovered the air conditioner wasn't working. Was headed back to Iowa the next day and searched for a shop to take a look. The mechanic here was able to get me in within a few minutes and diagnose the issue. While he was unable to make a repair before we had to leave, he described every step of the process to me clearly. He also provided me with the his diagnosis and repair/parts cost. If I lived in Granbury I would tell everyone I knew about this place to drive business to him. "Granbury Auto AC and More is the only place to take your car for maintenance and repair. Rick is an honest mechanic! When other auto repair shops over charge and are dishonest, Rick gives an honest and knowledgeable estimate on what needs to be done. I cannot say enough about Rick and Paula. He has fixed a leak on my truck's rear main seal and recently fixed the A/C in my Honda. This is the only place I will take my vehicles from here on out. I thank you for being an honest mechanic. "I’ve taken my car to Rick twice and both times he’s encouraged me NOT to pay him to do the work. Most recently he did at least an hour of work on it and said “no charge”. He walked me through what he did, sent me on my way and only when I said I’d like to pay him did he mention that they accept tips.
