"I was waiting to post this review until I knew how I was going to get my car repaired properly. After giving them 2 attempts to fix my car correctly they want a 3rd chance. I'm afraid of inducing more damage to the vehicle. I've been a customer of RW collision for many years and I always recommended them to people because they have done great work for me in the past. But they really dropped the ball on my van. Initial quote said they would replace the damaged section of the rear quarter and repair the lift gate. They ended up doing the opposite. I still don't understand why they replaced the whole lift gate. Between poor seam sealer technique, missing hardware, broken pieces, petrified tape on the roof, pry marks on trim pieces, etc. I just can't justify taking my car back again. I have attached before and after photos. Really disappointed in this experience. They want to stand behind the fact the "repair" is not visable and is an "adequate" repair in their opinion. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Pictures 1& 2 - Accident Pictures 3-7 - after initial repair Pictures 8-15 - after second repairs Pictures 16-17- other side - factory undamaged for reference Total to "fix" was $5905.95. Edit: Response to "Response from the owner" I gave your business plenty of opportunity to make this right. I'm not going to call you. Especially since you just provide the main number for the front desk. If the actually owner wants to call, feel free. But I doubt they will..."

"Worst experience ever! Had my vehicle 3 months. Called me to come get it I couldn't make it till night time and drove it home. Still had hail dents on top and hood and Tail light still not replaced. Took it back 2 more weeks call me to pick up. Still dents in hood and tail light Still not replaced. Again another couple weeks and finally go get it. Jeep emblem is all crooked and then I said screw it I'm done. Drove back home still seen a big paint run on passenger back door, broken clip on my windshield waser nozzle and also broke clips on my fender welds so now they are flapping and underpinning on tires fell down and ruin going down the road They should be put out of business."
