"Business has seen a decline is customer service. Took outlet vehicle in for 40000 mile checkup/oil change. Had a scheduled appointment. After 4+ hours we drove back by the dealership and our vehicle was sitting next to the service bay. We received no call to let us know it was done. We live an hour away so we were held captive trying to waste time."
"I had my Atlas in a collision shop for 2 months, the repairs included a battery replacement, when I finally got the car back I received a battery error that stated to stop driving the vehicle. Since the collision shop was closed, I called Southwest Volkswagen - the service department here was great! The explained the issue, and had me bring my car in same day so that they could perform the necessary task for my new battery. They were quick, kind and very knowledgeable!! They got my service done within an hour and even had a bounce house and burgers to enjoy! Overall great experience, would highly recommend southwest VW!"
