"You can use sensitive toothpaste at night (don’t rinse it out with water), and a different toothpaste in the morning for whitening or smell, etc. If you are using a mouthwash, nothing with alcohol. Two tidbits I got from my dentists here. The staff is helpful, attentive, and professional. They call to confirm and text to remind you of appointments. The visit will take longer than an hour but all the people and the good reviews are positive markers of the kind and quality of service we receive here. They have TVs in the waiting room. If you tell them the X-ray thing hurts the roof of your mouth, they gauze it for you. If you tell them you have very sensitive teeth, they are extra gentle and careful. If you go in with chapped lips and they’re cracking on you, they have some ointment thing to help protect your lips while they work on your teeth. THEY LISTEN. They care. They have helped. One of the doctors does pat your arm a lot but I’m assuming if touch is not your thing, you can tell him."

"To start the reception area is gorgeous! The girl at the front desk was very nice. The young man that did my X-rays was wonderful and so was the other young man that did my cleaning. The two young men were friendly, patient and empathetic. They made me feel like they were happy to be tending to me. The doctor was great. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He was very patient and very thorough. However, the young lady that was assisting him did not seem happy. I didn’t get a good feeling with her. Lastly, the young lady that helped with financing was lovely. She was patient and empathetic. She was also thorough in her explanation of services."

"Staff was very friendly, courteous ,respectful. Wait time was less then 10 mins. The whole staff makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this office they are superb. Dr Victor explains everything and makes recommendations he doesn't make you feel pressured into a decision. Gonna bring my family here felt at ease and very comfortable.
