"This is the best Ross I've been to in Texas in Frisco on Preston Rd near Gaylord. They had better blouses, better Jeans, and black pants for work. All the clothes were out of order, though. The sizes All were mixed up; namely plus sizes. The store is super crowded. The cashier who serviced me was kind and patient. I had a return, and I am disabled. I am not able to stand for more than 10 minutes because of my ankles and hips. I don't remember his name. He was very emphatic. My apartment burned down in plano in August. I had to start all over with everything. I had no clothes."

"They have all kind of items such as kitchen stuff, adult & kid clothes, shoes , hand bags , bed room and restroom stuff , home decor , furniture , electronics, travel luggage, toys school stuff and much more .but a lil bit messy."

"Ross is pretty much the same as all the other Ross’ I’ve experienced throughout any city. The layouts are generally the same. The dressing rooms at this location are pretty small unless you get the handicap one and doors have magnetic closures, not locks. Clothes for the most part were aligned with the sizes that they advertised so you don’t have to search as hard. Overall, it’s what I expect from a Ross, but they can do a better job of making the place look a little nicer. I give it a 4 because they need to work on keeping the place looking better organized without having things scattered all over the floors/shelves."
