"Staff was in a hurry to constantly check me out. I wanted to take my time with choosing my outfits. Felt forced to buy. When I signed up for the email/rewards I wasn't offered the 10% off. I had to go to another chicos store to get the offer adjusted. I had spent about $600 and would've saved a great deal with the 10%. I was disappointed. Clothes quality doesn't match the price. Clothes are highly over priced. Also when I went to do an exchange he same day at another location - the lady wouldn't give me the remaining money back on my card as it SHOULD be. I was FORCED to get a store credit which made absolutely no sense. However, I was fasting and i was getting late. The service and purchase at both locations ( Northpark & Stonebriar - Texas) were very forceful!"

"Staff took over 40 minutes to ask us if we needed help. Tried to get their attention and constantly told in a moment. Was in the changing room and one associate slammed door open without knocking or asking if some one was in there. Then didn't even apologize after my friend yelped in pain, just said you should have locked the door then. I replied the lock on the door doesn't work and she said oh well. Smart mouth associate. Will not be coming back here."
