"I’m a loyal and longtime customer of Anthropology. Clothes are tall girl friendly! I’ve lived in several states and frequently shopped in-store. The majority of my experiences have been great! However, you DEFINITELY experience profiling based upon your appearance at this location. Associates are a bit condescending and disingenuous. The selection was okay. So disappointing."

"I absolutely loved my wedding dress appointment! I got to work with the stylist Maddie/Maddy and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I had to say, pulled out some of the most beautiful dresses and talked through everything with me. She helped me to think outside of the box and I ended up falling in love with a dress I never would have thought to pick out. She helped make the moment real by adding a veil, bouquet, and some play jewelry so I could get an idea of what it would be like on my wedding day. They had the most beautiful and unique dresses unlike any other store I had looked at recently. I would definitely recommend coming here. They are also pretty size inclusive, I’m a bigger girl and they easily accommodated me to better fit my size!"

"This location is wonderful! Every time I come in to look around the store itself is clean, well stocked, and the employees are always quick to assist with any orders or questions I have about the products. Today Jennifer and Nicky were both very kind and were actively checking in on guests while I did my shopping. I appreciate having this location so well managed, and look forward to continuing to frequenting this location in the future."

"My wife and I recently had a bridal appointment at Anthropologie, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by an incident of homophobic discrimination that left us disheartened. Upon entering the store, the stylist immediately assumed that my wife was my mother ("Should we wait for your mother?"), despite us looking similar in age and both looking young for our age. I corrected her immediately. She did apologize right away but her apology was to say that she wasn't paying attention and had been occupied with her phone, checking stocks, just before our appointment. To be fair, my comment is not meant to get the individual stylist in trouble. I believe this incidence reflects more about the training at Anthropologie rather than this individual stylist. Homophobic comments have no place in any customer interaction, especially in a bridal appointment where inclusivity and acceptance should be prioritized. For a bridal appointment that is supposed to celebrate love and meant to be filled with joy, this kind of comment is not acceptable and cast a dark shadow over the entire fitting experience. This experience has left us questioning the commitment of Anthropologie to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. It's essential for businesses to recognize the impact of such incidents on their patrons and take concrete steps to address and rectify them. In conclusion, our bridal appointment at Anthropologie was tarnished by an unfortunate episode of discrimination, and we hope that our feedback encourages the store to reevaluate its training and ensure that every customer feels respected and valued, regardless of their sexual orientation."

"I recently had my BHLDN appointment and it was amazing. My stylist was Chrystina, who was absolutely wonderful. She made sure all the dresses I wanted to try on were in stock before we arrived, so the process was a breeze. Because we were on a tight deadline, the store was kind enough to overnight my shipment at no charge to me. I felt zero pressure and had such a lovely time shopping with my family."
