"This store is always a disaster, which is a shame because I like Express Men's clothes. There was no special sale or occasion today. This is what the store looked like. Not all Express stores look like this, but most times I've been to this one, it does. Also, the last two visits, I've been helped by no staff other than the cashier. I hope corporate sees this and does something about it and not just reply with the "generic" form response that I now see is used on many of the other reviews with similar complaints about customer's experiences."
