"I bought a pair of JRenee shoes (Prissy black suede/patent) & unfortunately I did walk outside with the shoes & discovered these are the most horrible fitting shoes ever. There is little to no cushion in the sole of the shoes & they fit horribly. I returned the shoes & unfortunately I did not get a refund because they told me the shoes had been worn, but they did not return my shoes. i had to call three (3) times before customer service returned the shoes. I don't think I will purchase any more shoes from this website because they have poor customer service. I have bought several pairs of JRenee shoes from Dillard's dept store, but never from the JRenee store & I will not purchase any more."
