"Manager or what it looked like a manager with keys on her neck standing at the front with the security guy refused to help an elder women because the chair didn’t fit in her cart. Women shouting “who is going to help you carry it to the car!?” The elderly women suggested her to assist her for the employe/manager to shout back “we don’t do that here. No we don’t do that” i mean, talk about customer service. They were busy? No, the security male could of assisted the elderly person. Like a gentlemen but the free time and gossip was much more fun. Ridiculous"
"They have some amazing things in this store. They have faux fur rabbit skin rugs that are softer than real rabbit fur. Unbelieveablely awesome. I'm definitely shopping more at this Ross"
"Horrible!!! Went on "special day", .49c clearance items, the store opens at 10, I went 10:20, ask for "the special of the day" one employee said: all clearance section is the special. The manager said: if don't have a discount sticker is not in special. We ask again another employee: Everything with reduce sticker on the clearance section, is on special. With the cashier NOTHING is on special, just reduce price. A lot of people going for .49c paying reduced price only. That's a shame."
"Be careful and super aware at checkout. I was charged $75 for stuff I didn't buy, but only realized it once home and looked at the voucher I had signed. By that time it was too late to make a claim, as I live outside the country. I suggest that you check your receipts BEFORE leaving this store."
