"Great shopping experience. The customer service was on point. I went to another popular retailer prior to stopping in Cato, and no one tried to help me, so I left. But when I came into Cato, both ladies were so helpful, and I ended up getting a really cute business casual outfit for my trip. "I visited this store on New Year's Eve. Last minute, due to Amazon package was stolen in transit. I was not greeted when I came into the store. And yes you guessed it I was never offered any assistance. If I could give 0 stars. Never will I use Catos. One bad experience is more than enough for me."
"Hard to believe that I've created so many reviews and hadn't done one for my favorite place to shop...here at Cato! I noticed Queen B didn't give a good review because of the lack of courtesy. Well that's got to be her own attitude, because that is truly the reason I returned after my first visit. The kindness of the store manager, Ann! We became so close that we shared a cruise ship together in 2014. No bigotry here, Ms.B!!"
