"I purchased my first honey clouds inserts about a year ago and really liked them but I was needing another pair. After a few months they lose their shape. I couldn’t remember with the size I had bought before and was not where I could look at them. I trusted the size indicator on their website to get me the right size which was a S (I wear a 34D) I thought that was odd to be S but I trusted the website to give me the right size. I received the inserts and they were way too small so I looked on my original ones and they were M. I like them and I only wanted to exchange them for the correct size but be aware they charge you for exchanging your inserts -NOT RETURN- just exchange. Unhappy customer!"
