"Customer service was non-existent. Walked in at around 6:36 and they told me the dressing rooms were only open for 9 minutes, and then I went to ask if I could use a dressing room like 3 minutes later and they proceeded to tell me the rooms were closed. Also not a fan of the no return policy if I’m not even allowed to try on my items. There were not busy and there were no other customers in the store so I don’t see why it was such an issue for me to try on just one singular dress when they didn’t close for another 20 minutes. Definitely won’t be coming back here!"

"This store deserve zero stars. I came back to buy a dress I tried on the day before yesterday. As I tried on a different dress, one of the retail workers took the dress I wanted to buy from my sister while I was in the fitting after me and my sister specifically told the lady that we were going to buy this dress. My sister asked the retail worker for advice on what dress would look good with the shoes I have. The retail lady said to go next door to find a dress that will be a good match for the shoe. Before I left the store, I ran back to ask another worker what time did the store close? She said “they close at seven”. it was 30 minutes before seven. Then I asked her another question “so y’all close EXACTLY at seven right? ” she said yes. So I ran to the other store they claim was “next door” and they didn’t have any dresses that matched the shoes I had. So I ran back and when I came back they closed the door and I only left the store for 2 minutes because the other store that was “next-door” was actually far away from frenzi. If they didn’t want customers they could’ve said that instead of wasting my time and putting me on a wild goose chase. I always shop at this store and I never had this problem with them before, so congrats you lost a loyal customer and I’m glad their going out of business"

"The outfit i brought was super cute. I hate that after i put it in the wash it pretty much came apart. :( For this to have cost me almost 50.00 I would have expected better. I come here a lot and this was my only bad experience. Hopefully this is my last time having that type of experience here. The staff is always helpful."

"It takes some time to really sift through their huge collection, but if you have an event coming up and are in need of cocktail or evening attire, they have great options. Good casual stuff too. I’m not a fan of the dressing rooms or their return policy. I just make sure if I’m buying something here, that I REALLY love it before I buy it. Found my NYE dress here and it was great quality for $40. I even came back for it when I couldn’t find anything else in the mall I liked and they put it on hold until the store closed. Will definitely come back when I have another event I need clothing for."

"When it comes to customer service, this place sucks! Yesterday i went into to this store and had the worst experience. After work yesterday I went in to find a dress for an upcoming event. I walked passed an employee about 3 times just searching racks and she never even said hello or do you need help with anything. I almost couldn’t tell if she worked there or not until I had a question about a dress in the window. She helped me look for it but was very vague and unwelcoming. I found two dresses and went to try them on. The older lady came off as the owner and much nicer and helped me in a room. After trying on the dresses, I told her they didn’t work out so I hung them on the door and thanked her. I had my cardigan sweater on my arm since I had just came from work after trying on clothes I became very hot so I never put it back on . As I was leaving , she yelled to me and said do you like that shirt (referring to my cardigan) I said no this is mine, I wore this here and laughed it off. She started walking up to me and said let me see I said this is not from your store and I showed her again. I even showed her the tag which showed Divided on the tag which is H&M brand she still stood there and I started to become frustrated, “ AGAIN i said this is H&M not your brand , I just showed you the tag! She then tried to play it off and said oh no I ask where you get from because I like this style . I just walked out. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!"
