"I spent $100 at this location and I had to drive 90 minutes total just to get the security tag removed that they forgot to take off the dress pants. When I talked to a manager on the phone they stated “there was nothing they could do about it” the ‘manager’ never even offered a simple coupon or apology for having to spend $40 of my gas money for their mistake! In the end I returned everything and discarded the old navy cash because I will never shop there again! I really was going to just keep the clothes if they had just offered even a $1 coupon just the principle of it all….so I returned everything. This really could have been resolved with a simple apology and a tiny coupon."

"I loved when Old Navy became size inclusive for women of all sizes. They made a huge deal about it for a few years. Now... nothing bigger than a 2x in their stores. Makes me so mad. Yes, you can order online, but a lot of people like trying stuff on first before buying it. I'll never shop at Old Navy again. It was all just a publicity stunt."

"Not as good as they used to be in my opinion. They are getting way too many trendy styles and not enough classics (unless you are wanting jeans). They also have a limited selection of size small, medium and large but plenty of 2x, 3x & 4x women's clothing. Not a place I will go back to."
