"This was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. Marianne was AMAZING from the second we walked in the door. I highly suggest this shop to any bride - this is a MUST when looking for your dream dress! The shop is beautiful, the fitting rooms are spacious, the selection is astonishing, we had a private suite with champagne, and my stylist was excellent. The customer service and professionalism is TOP NOTCH! Night and day different from the shop we were at previously. She was teaching us a master class in bridal gowns and my body and what works best vs what I THOUGHT worked best. There are no words to describe how incredible happy I am about my dream dress and this whole experience. Thank you so much for helping making this the best, most special day of my life (so far) and I cannot wait to complete this journey over the next few months. Well done Bridal Boutique. Well done."

"I had a fantastic experience at The Bridal Boutique! This was my first (and only!) stop. Our stylist was super helpful at helping me find my dream dress. I attended during a Martina Liana preview show and ended up purchasing one of the dresses! The interior is absolutely beautiful and a girls dream! The boutique also will steam your dress 2x for free! I got it steamed the week of the wedding. You can tell the owners love what they do and are professional. I was never worried about my dress!"

"We made an appointment and had to use a credit card to hold it. I also told them that my daughter had a dress in mind, which they told me they didn’t carry. Our stylist asked what types of dresses my daughter liked and she pulled one 1 out of 10 dresses that met that style. She pulled dresses that were modern and in vs the traditional that my daughter was going for. When my daughter didn’t like them she seemed more and more annoyed with us saying that my daughter had no idea what she wanted and kept on reminding us how much time we had left. She also didn’t let us look around, I’m not sure if that’s the stores policy, but either way, she didn’t listen to us. The pros of this place are: it’s Instagram worthy, they offer Champaign, and you get your own private area. However, I would rather have a stylist that can be accommodating and kind vs having all the bells and whistles. We ended up getting our dress at Lasting Bridal, who when I called told us if we couldn’t find a dress, they would be happy to order the Justin Alexander dress my daughter wanted. Their boutique is more primitive, but the allowed you to browse their full inventory along with making recommendations, and didn’t rush you. Customer service for such a joyous event always wins in my book!"

"From walking into this bridal salon I got stares. It felt like a you don’t belong here moment. I proceeded with my appointment due to the dress I found and thought was for me only being in their store. My bridal assistant came she tried her best and was nice. After I found some pieces I was put in a dressing room that looked like a broom closet. There were other beautiful dressing rooms and the place was completely empty. I have never felt so horrible. I decided to leave because I was not going to spend my money somewhere that treats people unfairly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am sure if you look like majority of the women who work there you will have no problem. I did find my dress at Sara Bridal Salon closer to my home and had an amazing wedding day! Customer service and equality goes a long way!"

Angela was my stylist and she helped me feel my best and make sure I found the dress of my dreams! The location is so cute and clean, the staff is super friendly and professional. My dress was perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience!"
