"I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. We made arrangements to rent a van from Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 1911 NE Bob Bullock Loop next to HEB Plus several days in advance and scheduled to pick it up at 8:15am. However, on the day we were scheduled to pick up the van we received a call telling us that it wouldn’t be available until after 9am because they didn’t change the oil the day before and were going to do it now. Thereafter, we received another call telling us that the van was on its way to the office, but it wouldn’t be ready until after 10am because they had to clean it up. Their inexcusable delays set us back two hours and totally disrupted our plans and trip."

"Rented a vehicle for a family trip on 7/16/2022, and returned it on 7/27/2022. Before I returned it the windshield got damage. Upon the return I inform the employee of the damage and I proceeded to file a claim with enterprise DRU damage and recovery unit claim #18658586 and I provided all my CC information for them to process the claim as it is cover by my credit card company. Enterprise kept my 300.00 deposit and informed me that once the claim goes thru that deposit will be return. I contact the local office and spoke with an employee by the name of Greg on 9/30/2022 and I was told that the vehicle had not been fix, in which I inquired as to why the replacement of a windshield would take so long to perform, I was told to call the next day as he gather an answer for me. I contacted them on 10/1/2022 and I spoke with Perla. I was informed to contanc dru to find the status of the claim. I was first informed that the claim is been processed then yesterday 10/14/2022 I was informed that finally the process has started and to call next week. I don't believe for a second that the car has not been fix and why is this simple claim is taking so long to he worked on. I expect this situation to be rectified as this is not a good practice for any rental business to follow. I will keep all my followers posted of any updates. One star for stretching this situation unnecessarily."
