"Thanks Miqueas! I had a headlight go out and needed to replace the bulb. Stopped by this o'reillys on my way home which is another 4hrs away and its already dark out. I definitely did not want to ride home with only one headlight. Miqueas helped me figure out what bulb i needed to buy. Then i asked if he could help me replace it since i hadnt done it before. He checked it out and showed me how to replace it and got me on my way. Thanks Miqueas, that was excellent service."

"Yesterday I went to the San Bernardo location to pick up an online order and I go into the store and walk towards (what seemed to be, I mean it had a sign that said so) the “order pick up” side of the store, none on the employees acknowledged me, they saw me standing there, none of them said anything, not even an acknowledgment smile! So, after a couple of minutes I go ask the cashier (her name was Rocio), if I’m on the right side, or if I should move to the other registers, like I’ll move if I have to move, in a very condescending tone says I’m in the wrong side but she’ll help me anyway that I was there already, as if she was doing me a favor by doing her job! Proceeds to ask me if my ONLINE pick up order was purchased online, like are you serious? I was showing her the receipt on my phone and then she goes like, do you have your receipt? I was literally showing it to her! There’s no need to make things difficult for me or yourself! Lady I wasn’t there to give you more work to do, or bc I was trying to waste somebody’s time, I was there bc I literally had to!"

"I want everyone to thank Steve the manager.. yesterday I had to help my brother that was broke down in Greensboro,nc.. Steve helped me pay for part and transfer the sell so my brother could pick the part up..it was easy.. Then my brother told me when he got to the store.. the person at the Greensboro store knew my brother.. Is paralyzed in the left leg.. and the right shoulder was hurt in a car accident 10years ago he gave my brother a ride back to the car so he didn't have to walk two miles..thank you guys for everything you did to help me help him that far away..thank you so much"
