"Highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts at Calton Road in Laredo, TX. I received great customer service from the manager Crispín. My car alternator died outside the store and Crispín went out of his way to help. My car was not drivable and Crispín rushed to ask a nearby mechanic if he could help fix it. Thankfully, Crispín brought the alternator from another Advanced store, and the mechanic was able to fix my car. Once again, thankful for managers like Crispín and the Advanced team!"

"Make sure you keep your receipt and make sure the CSR puts your information down on the screen when it's a lifetime warranty item i had to learn the hard way. I'm assuming the person that i bought my items from wrote down my information which he didn't now I'm stuck with a faulty gas pump."
