"It was alright, the employees helped me find a shoe that would fit but i didn’t appreciate the fact that they was trying to sell me a shoe that was on display and was clearly damaged. It was a white pair of heels and the sides were stained with black scuffs marks and so was the bottom, i asked for a discount and they said that they couldn’t. If i am paying $100 for shoes it should be in good condition. The employee simply just told me to wash it off. I was disappointed"

"So Aldo has been my go to place for almost two years for my accessories (mainly sunglasses lol) I've always loved the vibe and how clean everything looked together and tonight when I was out shopping with one of my friends we stopped in to probably the most friendly Aldo atmosphere I've ever been to. Now this is coming from a girl who before she moved to the lone star state was known by name at a different Aldo store and felt already warm and welcomed but this one took a piece of cake! The assistants were so friendly and then the head manager helped me check out. Overall I'm very pleased and excited about shopping at this location! #ILoveABuy"

"I had a good experience with customer service being just fine yes the shoes are a little pricy but they are nice and I only wear them on date nights or other special occasions. But they are beautiful none the less."

"I have shopped at this particular ALDO store several times in the past and have never had such poor customer service from any employee, especially the store manager. A few weeks ago I had shoes shipped to my house because they didn't have my size. When I received the shoes there was a little bit of wear on the soles of the shoe but the rest of the shoe was in great condition. The heel of the shoe looked like it had never been worn and the tag was in perfectly good condition and still intact on the bottom of the shoe. I tried the shoes on with several outfits and nothing looked good so I decided to return them. I was told by the store manager that they were "worn" and that it was final sale and I could only exchange them. I told her I have never worn the shoes and that they were sent to me like that. She proceeded to say "you should have said something about it" and that there was nothing she could do but exchange. As I told her again that I had never worn the shoes, she wrote on the receipt "worn-exchange only." I asked her to mark that out because that is not true and she refused. I told her I'd like to speak to her manager and she said he was on vacation. I asked for her name and employee number and she said that I needed a lawyer in order to have it. She then said that she felt uncomfortable with me in the store and told the only other person in the store, a male who was her friend, "You can stay and watch if you want, I'm gonna call security." I have never been so disrespected before and from a manager? That is a shame. VERY poor customer service. VERY upsetting experience. I still like ALDO's shoes but I would suggest to go to a different location so that you don't have to deal with such poor customer service."
