"If you're allergic to something and want it off of your food, may want to go to any other Mexican place in Paris. Even after calling and saying they ignored my special instructions they seemed like they couldn't care less and wouldn't refund me after paying nearly $20 for $5 nachos. Incredibly rude. Want real service, go anywhere else. I understand mistakes happen, but when let known you should correct them not give a customer attitude. Not the first order I've gotten that they've made wrong and wont fix. Second time dining there, will most definitely be the last. Never been one to care enough to report anything but service was beyond rude and horrible. If I'm paying $20 for nachos I would like them correct. Came back to edit as I was reading other reviews, apparently the staffs horrible and rude personalities and behaviors are a must to work there!"

"** Date visited was mid-August and apon reading reviews as of 2 days ago, IT'S STILL HOT IN THERE! Seriously?? Our first time dining at La Ingrata. First, my tacos lacked flavor and seasoning. Second, it was 108° that day & it was every bit of 80°+ inside. We were sweating. They had one small oscillating fan up on the bar for the entire restaurant. We will not be returning."

"We called about two hours in advance to reserve a table since we had a party of 6 adults and 5 children. The staff had a table ready for us upstairs and we were seated immediately. It took a bit after we were seated until someone came to get our order and drinks, but the food came out pretty quick once we all ordered. Everyone's food looked amazing and was delicious. Several of us were waiting quite a while for refills on our drinks amd the kids were really getting thirsty so i got up to go refill the children's drinks. Then, the waiter started getting a little grumpy and sort of rude. He actually almost hit me in the head with a plate. Otherwise, I would e given them 5 stars across the board. We will definitely go back sometime but hope to have a different waiter."

"This is the second time I've eaten at La Ingrata and my food was as delicious as the first time. My only criticism would be that my dish was a little over salted this time. I would also recommend that they pare down the menu. It's a huge menu that could be streamlined a little. The super fresh chips and salsa are addictive!"

"A group friends (20 in total) went to try this new place out with low expectations (as they’re learning right?) lastnight. We got there and not only were the staff on point with service but the food came out in 30 minutes (for TWENTY). The food was perfect! Our new favorite place! Keep up the solid works guys! PS: Some of these bad reviews below are obviously competitors. Go give it a shot. We loved it!"
