"Two days in a row out of glazed and most other type donuts. 11:30 am out of donuts, 3:30 pm out of donuts, person at drive thru was nice but didn't offer any substitutes like donut holes. I'm curious how much revenue they are losing having no product ready..."
"Ordered through drive thru and had to repeat my order 4 times. And then when I got to the window to pay, the chick was playing on her phone with her headset around her neck. I looked behind me to see if there were other people behind and they were. I watched for 5 minutes solid her her playing with her food and ignoring me and the customers in drive thru. Finally had to get her attention where she scanned my phone and took my card for payment, but then walked away after giving me my receipt with her phone in hand again. Another chick had to asked me if I was waiting for something for me to finally get my food and coffee. Only to find out when I got my grandmother's house that there was bacon on my Avocado Toast, when I didn't ask for it, because I have a pork allergy. So I couldn't even enjoy my breakfast."
"The service was great this morning even though the scanners at the registers were not working. Christian was so friendly, considerate, and funny throughout the visit and didn't let the items that weren't working get him down. Not to mention he made me what was certainly the tastiest drink I've ever had from Dunkin`. Christian is definitely a great employee and someone you should keep around as long as possible!"
