"Asking for a FRESHLY cooked double quarter pound burger is like asking for a piece of fried chicken at a vegan restaurant. I have asked for cook-to-order for the past three visits and have received a dry and crusty set of meat patties. I have theories to the reasons why i can't get a decent burger ,which i will list. 1) If they are indeed freshly cooked, then the cooks need training on how not to over-cook meat. 2) I am being given old patties, passed off as freshly cooked with no cares given, and no pride taken in the product that is being served on purpose. 3) Proper supervision is not being met to ensure quality product in all areas of the production line. I don't pretend to know which scenario fits, but common sense would dictate that it could be a combination of more than one, if not all, of the scenarios. Something should and must be done to improve this vast deficiency as it is the main product line of this fast food chain. I hope this review reaches the right person to correct the problem. Thanks for your time."
"I understand that it’s a very busy business. I understand people make mistakes. But I’m the past several times I went there some of my order was missing. Also the past several times I’ve gotten a quarter pounder and the inside was very pink. Only the outer edge was brown…… very nasty. Considering reporting to the health department."
