"I was interested in purchasing a car but your sales rep, Gary Brown, turned me off with his attitude. Dude received zero information from me and started the conversation off from the get go acting like because I had specific requirement of a backup camera and Bluetooth, that I would be limited on my options. Didn’t run my credit app. Didn’t attempt to qualify me. Total amateur. I’ve got a few grand to put down for a down payment and make 6 figures, dude needs to check himself. I won’t do business with your dealership if this is my first interaction with your team. There are many other options I’ll take my business to."
"I just purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition for my daughter. This is a lot of car for the money. William Harlow and Chris Forbes were very helpful and awesome to deal with in every way. Chris really went above and beyond to make the pickup a great surprise for my daughter complete with personalized signage and an enormous red bow that covered the entire front half of the car.
