"I went in to get a simple diagnostic reading for my check engine light to see if it was anything serious. The associate claimed he didn’t know where the port was located and that “it probably wouldn’t tell me what was wrong anyway” then walked back inside. Felt brushed off. Don’t advertise a complimentary service if your employees won’t perform it or don’t know how."
"Stopped in to buy a hose and they ended up not having what we needed. That’s fine. While we were there we decided to buy a couple other items. I noticed as the cashier rang us up that both items rang up for more than the sticker prices. So I finished checking out then went back to look at the stickers to make sure it wasn’t my mistake. Sure enough we were over charged for both items. The cashier had to get a manager to help. They went back and forth with each other for about 5 minutes. Then the manager comes over to us and tries to say that the price on the sticker for one of the items is only if you buy that item bundled with another item. This item was in three different places in the store all with the same sticker price and no mention of a bundle at any of the three points. Now the difference on these two items (that were obviously stocked with incorrect stickers) was only about $1.50. So instead of giving me back the $1.50, they now had to completely return my purchase and have lost a loyal customer. Very disappointed."
